About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a renowned hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical treatment, and rehabilitation of complex musculoskeletal conditions, while mentoring junior medical staff and contributing to best-in-class clinical outcomes.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat orthopaedic conditions including trauma, sports injuries, degenerative disease, and joint replacements

• Perform advanced surgical and non-surgical procedures

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care

• Lead, teach, and mentor junior doctors and clinical staff

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital standards

• Participate in audits, clinical governance, and quality improvement

✅ Candidate Requirements

Required:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery

• Minimum 3 years' post-certification experience in orthopaedic surgery

• Strong skills in trauma, reconstructive, and joint replacement surgery

• Excellent clinical leadership and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset

Preferred:

• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Orthopaedics

• Experience in high-volume hospital or private clinic settings

• Prior clinical leadership or teaching experience
