About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Family Physicians with a background in urgent or emergency care to join a reputable clinic in Dubai, offering community-based care and practice privileges in a premium private hospital setting.

This is a dynamic role requiring the ability to manage undifferentiated presentations, stabilise urgent cases, and provide high-quality, timely care to a diverse patient population.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all age groups

• Perform clinical assessments, order diagnostics, and interpret labs/imaging

• Manage minor injuries, acute illnesses, mental health issues, and chronic disease

• Provide stabilisation for emergencies before transfer to secondary care

• Maintain high standards of infection control, safeguarding, and UAE public health compliance

• Engage in clinical governance, CME, and regular quality improvement audits

✅ Candidate Requirements

Required:

• Medical degree and board certification: MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, CCFP, or DABFM

• Minimum 1 year of post-certification clinical experience

• Proven background in A&E or Urgent Care settings

• Minimum 40 hours of CME within the past 24 months
