About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ENT (Otolaryngology) Consultant to join a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive ENT care in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment with strong multidisciplinary support.
The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of adult and paediatric ENT conditions, contribute to clinical leadership, and participate in service development while enjoying a highly attractive, tax-free lifestyle.
π Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a full range of ENT conditions
Perform elective and emergency ENT procedures
Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations
Collaborate with audiology, speech therapy, and surgical teams
Supervise and mentor junior doctors and clinical staff
Maintain accurate medical documentation and clinical standards
Participate in CME, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
β Candidate Requirements
Required:
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or recognised equivalent in ENT
Minimum 3 yearsβ post-certification experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred:
Experience in a high-volume hospital or private setting
Subspecialty interest (e.g. rhinology, otology, head & neck)
