About the Opportunity

We are delighted to partner with a leading, well-established medical group operating across Perth and Western Australia. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking experienced General Practitioners to join their high-performing clinics.

These modern, community-focused practices offer immediate patient demand, structured onboarding, and strong operational support. Physicians benefit from consistent billings and a clear pathway to high earnings within a stable and reputable network.

Based on current averages, doctors are billing approximately AUD $22,000–$25,000 per fortnight, equating to an estimated £360K–£410K annually, depending on schedule and clinical load.

🔍 What’s On Offer

• 70% of billings

• Income safety net: AUD $150 per hour (first 3 months)

• Relocation assistance: AUD $10,000

• Visa sponsorship: 482 (fast-track) or 186 pathway

✅ Candidate Requirements

• MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, FRACGP or equivalent recognised qualification
