About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian with a strong focus on Orthopaedic Surgery to join a progressive, state-of-the-art referral hospital in Amman, Jordan.
This advanced veterinary centre combines cutting-edge surgical facilities with a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will manage complex orthopaedic cases, contribute to referral services, and work alongside specialists in emergency care, internal medicine, imaging, cardiology, dermatology, dentistry, neurology, and anaesthesia.
This is a unique opportunity to practise advanced orthopaedic surgery within one of the regionβs most innovative veterinary institutions.
π Key Responsibilities
Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures and manage complex cases
Provide comprehensive clinical assessment and surgical planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
Consult with referring veterinarians on post-operative care and case management
Maintain high standards of surgical governance and patient safety
β Candidate Requirements
DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent qualification
5β10 yearsβ post-graduate experience
Demonstrated expertise in small animal orthopaedic surgery
Strong diagnostic, surgical, and case management skills
Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
