About the Role

We are recruiting Radiation Therapists to join a leading tertiary healthcare network in Singapore, recognised internationally for excellence in oncology care and advanced radiation therapy services.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary oncology team delivering high-quality radiation therapy using modern treatment technologies and evidence-based clinical protocols.

Radiation Therapists play a key role in coordinating, planning, and delivering accurate radiation treatment while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care throughout the treatment journey.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT simulation and treatment preparation procedures
• Administer radiation therapy according to approved treatment plans
• Operate linear accelerators and radiation therapy equipment
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Conduct quality assurance checks on radiation therapy equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and radiation dosage documentation
• Monitor patients during treatment and escalate side effects when required
• Mentor student radiation therapists and participate in professional development

🎓 Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Radiation Technology, Radiography, or related field
• Ideally 3+ years clinical radiation therapy experience (new graduates considered)
• Strong clinical competency in treatment planning and delivery
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Recognised qualifications from countries including UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore are accepted by the Singapore regulatory authority.
