Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting for a Consultant Urologist to join a well-established NHS hospital team in Northern Ireland.
💰 Salary: Approximately £100,000 – £132,000+ per year depending on experience, NHS consultant scale, and additional programmed activities.
📌 Role Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality elective and emergency urology services
Diagnose and manage a broad range of urological conditions
Perform urological procedures and surgery within a multidisciplinary setting
Participate in outpatient clinics, ward rounds, theatre sessions, and on-call rota
Contribute to clinical governance, audit, teaching, and service development
Support and supervise junior medical staff and trainees
📌 Requirements:
GMC registration with licence to practise
FRCS (Urology) or equivalent specialist qualification
CCT in Urology (or within 6 months of completion) / CESR equivalent
Experience working at Consultant level or near-completion of training
Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamworking skills
